Which stores currently offer Click & Collect?

A limited number of stores currently offer Click and Collect.

You can select one of the following stores to collect your Click & Collect order:

What time can I collect my order from store?
The opening hours are displayed in the checkout when you select a store. To confirm opening hours, you can contact the store directly using the details in our Store Finder.


How long until my order is ready to collect?
Your order will be ready for collection within 3-5 business days. We'll send you an email and SMS to let you know when you can pick it up.

 

How will I know when my order is ready to be collected?
We’ll be in touch by email and SMS as soon as your order is ready to be collected from your nominated store.

 

How long will the store hold my order?
Once your order is ready for collection and you’ve been notified, the store will hold your order for 30 days.

If you don’t collect your order before the final date for collection, we’ll refund the order total and send you an email to confirm that the order has been cancelled and refunded.

 

What if I don’t collect my order?
Once your order is ready for collection, you will have 30 days to collect your order. If you’re unable to collect your order in this time, we’ll refund your order total and will send you an email to advise that the order has been cancelled and refunded.

 

What do I need to bring in store to collect?

When you collect your order, be sure to bring your ‘Ready To Collect’ email or SMS notification. This can be shown on your smart phone or as a print out. The name on your email or SMS must match the name on your order.

 

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes - just forward on your ‘Ready to Collect’ email or SMS for them to show when they are in store as proof of purchase. They'll need to sign for your order, and we'll send you an email to confirm that the order has been collected.

 

Where do I go in store to collect my order?
Just head to the counter, and any of our team members will be able to help you with your collection.

 

What if an item is out of stock?
While we do our best to keep stock levels updated on the website, sometimes items can sell out quickly and be unavailable at the time your order is completed.

If an item in your order is out of stock when your order is completed, we will contact you to let you know and will refund the cost of that item. You don’t need to go in store for a refund, as the refund will automatically be sent back to your payment method.


Can I return an item in store once I claim my order? 
If you change your mind and decide to return your order, you can return to the store that you collected it from for either a refund or exchange. If it’s not possible to return your item to the store you picked it up from, you can post it back to us for a refund.
